If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds or store credit for most products returned in their original condition , packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just head on over to our return center to initiate the process.
 

REFUND OPTIONS

When you exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund, it can all be done by our return center. Please note, we give you an initial seven days to inspect your items for damage, missing or broken parts, or any error on our part, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs in the condition that items are without quality issues and damaged items pass seven days of delivery. Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less return shipping fee.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS

Reach out to our return center, and provide your order number along with the email address. You will require an RMA number in addition to approval for all returns, we’ll process within two working days.

Once approved, please pack it up with all the accessories, all packing materials, parts, and instructions in their original box for safe transportation back to us. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  •  The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition;
  • It should not have been assembled or modified;

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free with 7 days of delivery — just pick your preferred resolution:

• Replacement parts (e.g. a broken glass shade)
• A replacement item
• A refund
 

How to get started:
1) Choose your resolution, to return for a refund or get a replacement.
2) Go to our return center,  send photos/video as proof of damaged/defective item 
3) We will respond to the return email in 2 business days. 
4) Refund or replacement will be released within 5 business days.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: check the package carefully before signing for your item(s). If a package is delivered in damaged/damp/deformed condition, please request a “Damage Report/Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier. This will be one of the very important materials for damage return and refund.
 

PRE-INSTALLATION INSPECTION

Upon receiving your order, we request that you make a pre-installation inspection within seven days for damage, defects, missing parts, or any error on our part. If you suspect any of these things, email us to request an exchange, store credit, or refund, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. If no pre-installation inspection is made, you still may return it within 30 days. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

REFUSE DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT refuse the delivery. Please contact Yiilighting Customer Service for assistance if you would like to return the shipment. Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

LOST IN TRANSIT

You may track your package in our Tracking Center. If your order gets lost during transit or is marked delivered, and yet you cannot find it, contact your courier immediately. Once your order has shipped, your courier becomes responsible for its safe delivery. Carriers have excellent tracking and claims support on their parcel tracking pages.
 
 

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES

Should you want to change the shipping address or delivery date after your item has been shipped, contact your courier immediately. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return them after received.
 

SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS

For all products excluding made-to-order (customize) items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. 

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
-Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
For Made-To-Order (Customize) products:
-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
-Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
-Made-To-Order (Customize) products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

REFUNDS

We will notify you within two working days once we have received and inspected your return. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less return shipping fee. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

INSTALLATION POLICY

Assembly Required:  our products will require assembly before installation. The customer is responsible for assembling the product according to the provided instructions. Please ensure you have reviewed the product details and assembly requirements before making a purchase.

No Installation and Maintenance Costs Coverage: All expenses related to hiring a professional electrician or contractor for assembly and installation will be borne by the customer.
